Nairobi: Order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm arrive the next working day.
Elsewhere in Kenya: Delivered by Fargo Courier. Mainland Kenya arrives the next working day; Lamu takes 2–3 working days. Tracking is provided.
International: DHL Express delivery in 3–5 working days, with tracking updates. Duties and taxes are included at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.

Return or exchange your item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, we’ll issue a gift card for the item’s value. Items must be returned in good condition.
