Delivery partners

We fulfil orders within Kenya through local riders in Nairobi and Fargo Courier across the rest of the country. International orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Once your order ships, we will send a Delivery Confirmation email with tracking information. Orders may ship in multiple packages where necessary.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. If we need any further information to process your order, we will contact you by email.

Delivery within Nairobi

We work with reliable riders who bring your order straight to your door.

• Order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, and it arrives the same day.
• Order after 12pm, and it arrives the next working day.

There are no courier drop-off points to find. Our delivery drivers communicate directly with you to ensure a straightforward handover at your address.

Delivery across the rest of Kenya

Outside Nairobi, we hand your order to Fargo Courier, one of the most established delivery networks in the country.

• Mainland Kenya: next working day delivery.
• Lamu: 2–3 working days.

Every order outside Nairobi comes with a waybill number, so you can track it from the moment it leaves our workshop until it reaches you.

International delivery

If you are based outside Kenya, your order ships with DHL Express and will be with you in 3–5 working days.

You will receive a DHL tracking number as soon as your order ships, together with text and email updates along the way, so you always know where your order is.

We deliver DDP, meaning Delivered Duty Paid. The price you pay at checkout is the final price: there are no unexpected customs charges or import duties waiting when your order arrives. We handle this on our end to help avoid unnecessary delays at customs.

We have shipped Wild Rose pieces to customers in the UK, Ireland, mainland Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Middle East, North America and South America. DHL tracking allows you to follow your order throughout its journey.
