If something you order from Wild Rose doesn’t work out, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
We’re confident you’ll love your Wild Rose pieces. Every garment is cut and sewn from 100% cotton with care, and we stand behind the fit and quality of everything we make. But we also know that shopping online means buying without trying something on first, and sometimes a size isn’t quite right, a colour doesn’t match what you pictured, or a piece just doesn’t fit into your plans the way you’d hoped. That’s completely normal, and it’s exactly why we make returns and exchanges simple.
Our policy in brief
- Within 14 days of purchase: full refund or exchange
- After 14 days: a gift card for the value of the returned item, so you’re never left out of pocket, just with more time to choose something new.
Returning an item within Kenya
Email us and we’ll arrange your return. In Nairobi, our rider will collect the item from you; outside Nairobi, we’ll arrange collection through Wells Fargo, the same courier we use for countrywide delivery.
Once we receive your item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll process your full refund, and you’ll see it back in your account within 5 working days.
Returning an item from outside Kenya
Every international order ships with a return label included, so you’ll have everything you need on hand if you ever want to send something back. Email us to let us know, and we’ll arrange for DHL to collect the item from you, the same reliable courier that delivered it in the first place.
Once we receive your item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll process your full refund, and you’ll see it back in your account within 5 working days.
Ordered through Wolf & Badger or one of our stockists?
If you bought your Wild Rose piece through Wolf & Badger or one of our other stockists, your return goes through their process rather than ours. Each platform has its own returns policy, so check with them directly and they’ll take it from there.
We built this policy the way we’d want it to work if we were the ones ordering: clear timelines, a real person to email, and a fair option even if the 14 days slip by.
