On Tuesday, May 5, 2026, Wild Rose hosted a delegation of faculty and students from Trinity Western University in Canada. The event lasted ~2 hours, allowing for extensive discussions about the brand’s business model and sustainability initiatives.
The Wild Rose team conducted a deep dive into how business and purpose are integrated in a Kenya-based sustainable fashion brand, offering a glimpse into the company’s internal operations, business/marketing strategies, and circular economy solutions.
The session was structured into four specialized technical presentations:
-
Business model & sustainability
-
E-commerce & marketing
-
Content strategy
-
A case study of the brand’s upcoming packaging solutions
"Hosting future business leaders from Trinity Western allowed us to reflect on our own milestones in sustainability," said Gordon, CEO of Wild Rose.
The formal presentation was followed by a dynamic Q&A session, allowing the students to interrogate the challenges of maintaining ethical supply chains and the nuances of the regional ecommerce ecosystem.

The event concluded with a networking lunch at Cultiva in Karen, where students, faculty, and the Wild Rose team continued discussions on the future of sustainable enterprise.
