Everything at Wild Rose starts as 100% cotton and a hand block print, and until now, that's meant choosing from what's already on the site. Our custom service opens that up: you choose the print, the style, and the piece, shirt, dress, skirt, top, even pajamas, and our in-house tailor makes it to order, just for you.
How it works
Getting a custom piece made starts with your measurements, and there are a few easy ways to get us what we need. If you're in or around Nairobi, you're welcome to come into our workshop in Karen. Our tailor will take your measurements in person, and you'll have the chance to sit down with our tailor and designer, Rosie, to talk through exactly what you're after, print, style, fit, and any details that matter to you. If you're further out, you don't need to visit us at all. For a shirt, you can take your own measurements and send them through. For a dress or skirt, it's worth popping into a tailor near you to have your measurements taken accurately, then simply send them our way. Either way, we'll confirm the details with you before we start cutting. Most custom pieces are ready within 2 to 3 working days once we have your measurements and your design confirmed, so whether you're planning ahead or need something quickly, there's rarely a long wait.
Ordering for a group
If you're ordering for more than yourself, say, a wedding party, we strongly recommend setting up a consultation with our team first. This can be a physical meeting at our workshop or a virtual call, whichever suits you. It gives us the chance to properly understand what you're looking for across the whole group: the look you want, the prints and colours, and how everyone's individual measurements come together into one cohesive set of outfits. It's a small step that saves a lot of back-and-forth later.

From shirts and dresses to skirts, tops, and even pajamas, if it's something we make, chances are we can make it your way. Want a familiar Wild Rose print in a cut we don't currently stock? Want a colourway that isn't on the site? That's exactly what this service is for.
