Delivery within Nairobi

Order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, and it arrives the same day

No courier drop-off points to find, clear communication between you and our delivery drivers to ensure a straightforward handover at your address.
Delivery across the rest of Kenya
Outside Nairobi, we hand your order to Wells Fargo Courier, one of the most established delivery networks in the country.

Every order outside Nairobi comes with a waybill number, so you can track it from the moment it leaves our workshop to the moment it reaches you.
International Delivery
If you are based outside of Kenya, your order ships with DHL, and it will be with you in 3 to 5 working days. You'll get a DHL tracking number the moment your order ships, plus text and email updates along the way, so you always know where your package is.
We deliver DDP, which stands for Delivered Duty Paid. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay, full stop. There are no expensive customs charges or import duties waiting for you when your order arrives, or any delay due to your order being stuck at customs. We've already handled that on our end.
We've shipped Wild Rose pieces to customers in the UK, Ireland, mainland Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Middle East, North America and South America, and DHL's tracking means you can watch your order make that journey in real time.

If you've found us on a platform like Wolf and Badger rather than wildrose.co.ke, nothing changes on the delivery side. We hold all of our stock here in Nairobi and fulfil every order, whether it comes through our own site or through a platform, from the same workshop.
