As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Delivery Confirmation email with your tracking information. If you don’t receive a Delivery Confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We will deliver the items to you within the date range provided. Orders may ship in multiple packages.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.
We deliver orders to Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).
Delivery is free on all orders within the UK.
Standard shipping orders will be delivered with Diamond Logistics. Your Delivery Confirmation Email will tell you how you can track your package.

Please review all information carefully before placing your order, especially your shipping address information. We are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. If a mistake was made, please email us at email@example.com immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to try to assist you.
When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by your card’s issuing bank. We only take orders for items that we have stock of, however, items may be cancelled after the order is placed for various reasons.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please call us at +44 (0) 0203 219 8999 or 0800 012 1400 immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologise for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
We accept cancelled orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case, we will issue you with a full refund. You will need to return the entire order if you have already received it. Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. Items must not be worn, altered or washed and will be inspected on their return.

Accepted Pay Methods We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Diners Club International, Maestro, PayPal, Visa Electron, Solo, Clearpay and Wild Rose Gift Cards issued in Pounds.
Issues with Pay Methods If your credit card was declined, your information was entered incorrectly or there are issues with the card. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information regarding the decline.
Returns & Exchanges
Online Return Policy
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on wildrose.co.ke for return or exchange. Wild Rose merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If it’s received after 30 days, a Wild Rose eGift Card will be issued. If you paid with an eGift card, a new eGift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. Please note: eGift cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will I be refunded?
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 working days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.
Returns using your own delivery method
You can send items back to us at your own expense to the address below using any trackable/insured delivery method. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
Follow the directions on the back of the dispatch note to return merchandise for credit. Pack all items in a secure box or reuse the original packaging and enclose the dispatch note.
