Online Return Policy

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on for return or exchange. Wild Rose merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.

If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If it’s received after 30 days, a Wild Rose eGift Card will be issued. If you paid with an eGift card, a new eGift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. Please note: eGift cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will I be refunded?

Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 working days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.

Returns using your own delivery method

You can send items back to us at your own expense to the address below using any trackable/insured delivery method. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

Follow the directions on the back of the dispatch note to return merchandise for credit. Pack all items in a secure box or reuse the original packaging and enclose the dispatch note.
